The organizers of Miss Universe competition The Miss Universe Organization this is holding the beauty pageant at Vietnam. The venue has been selected primarily because in recent time Vietnam has developed swiftly and orgnizers wanted to give an opportunity to the developing new force to hold such a big event. The competition is symbol of women empowerment and the even shows today’s women are techno-savvy, goal-oriented and aware.

The event has attracted more than 80 beautiful girls from across the globe. These selected participants representing their respective countries will prove their physical and mental beauty to the experienced judges who will decided on the merit, the top diva. The opening event on July 8th is set to be a spectacle, with all 80 ladies posing in traditional garments, swimsuits and evening wear. To see all of them you have to pay $25 and $500 for the night.

Tickets are now on sale for Miss Universe 2008 competition to be held at Nha Trang between July 8 to July 14. This most coveted event takes place once in the year and for that reason, the tickets are high on the sale. The venue where the play off will take place is at the convention centre. The convention center is strategically situated on the road between Nha Trang and Cam Ranh airport.
